My workflow:

01 Research & Audit I start by mapping the product, its users and the business context — auditing existing flows, interviews, analytics and heuristics to find where the real friction and the real opportunities are.

02 Strategy & information architecture I turn the findings into a clear direction: priorities, information architecture and the core user journeys the product has to get right.

03 Design system & patterns I build the reusable foundation — tokens, components and interaction patterns — so the product stays consistent and can scale without slowing the team down.

04 Product Design & prototyping I design and prototype the actual screens and flows, validating them with real users and iterating quickly toward something that genuinely works.

05 Handoff & design ops I prepare a clean, well-documented handoff and set up the design-ops rituals that keep design and engineering aligned all the way through delivery.

06 Future product development and improvement After launch I keep measuring, refining and planning the next iterations, so the product keeps improving long after the first release.
